Impact Matters.

At Untold, we are committed to monitoring and evaluating our long-term impact on our clients' lives. We set out to facilitate change in four key areas for each of our clients. We work to equip people to be healthy physically, economically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Our Monitoring and Evaluation team does in-depth interviews with clients at program intake, program exit, and one-year follow-up. We collect thousands of data points each year at various points in time throughout the program. We use this data to ensure our programs are creating sustainable life change. All client data is self-reported through in-person interviews. We track data related to each client’s physical health, economic health, and emotional health. We believe it should be an industry standard to share both outputs as well as outcomes.

Results

We are a results-oriented organization. We believe if something is worth doing, it’s worth measuring. You can rest assured that when you invest in Untold, you are investing in long-term impact.

Relationships

Relationships matter. Our Monitoring and Evaluation team prioritizes listening to clients to understand the experience, not just their outcomes. The combination of results and relationships is what facilitates lasting change.

At Untold, we provide faith-forward care.

Faith informs and inspires our work, and research shows that integrating spiritual practices into long-term chronic illness care can improve client health outcomes. Want to learn more?
