Integrated care for the whole person.

We are working to build a world where every single person living with HIV/AIDS receives life-saving care, gains spiritual hope, and lives a flourishing life without stigma.

 Our Mission

We exist to embrace and equip people to live a life beyond AIDS.

Our Vision

We believe in a world where no story is cut short or silenced by AIDS.

Our Impact

By the end of 2027, we will embrace and equip 100,000 men and women to live a life beyond AIDS.

How We Work

We operate centers in multiple communities throughout East and Southern Africa, each located within a local church. Each center has two indigenous staff who guide 80 HIV+ clients through a nine-month process. Throughout the nine months, we work to equip clients physically, emotionally, spiritually, and economically.

Physical Wellness: The health counselor reviews proper drug adherence, hygiene, and nutrition with each client during weekly counseling sessions. Clients are also provided with a supplemental weekly food portion to help feed their families.

Spiritual Hope: Center counselors share the Gospel early and often with each client in the program. Clients who are Christians or become Christians during the program are discipled in the spiritual counseling sessions each week.

Emotional Peace: Through one-on-one counseling and home visits, counselors address the issue of self-stigma throughout the program leading each client toward a healthy expression of dignity and self-worth. Clients also meet semi-weekly for peer-led group therapy sessions.

Economic Stability: Twice a month, clients attend a group economic empowerment seminar. Seminar topics vary from financial literacy to practical skills like soap-making and beadwork.

 Where We Work

We seek out our clients. We travel to homes and communities devastated by stigma to find our brothers and sisters in their greatest time of need and offer them hope. We currently work in 87 communities throughout Nairobi (KE), Kisumu (KE), Mombasa (KE), Dar es Salaam (TZ), Mwanza (TZ), and Kampala (UG). We are launching operations in South Africa in 2024.

Our Impact

3 Countries

11 Regions

105 Centers

41,123 Graduates

By the end of 2027, we will embrace and equip 100,000 men and women living with HIV/AIDS through our nine-month integrated program, transforming our clients’ physical, emotional, economic, and spiritual health and positively impacting families and communities.

The greatest way to overcome stigma is through spiritual hope. We share our Christian faith with all clients who want to learn more. Since 2007, over 8,000 clients have responded to the Gospel.

Impact doesn’t end with the individual. Untold graduates represent over 108,000 dependent children who are no longer at risk of losing one or both parents to AIDS. These children will now grow up in healthy homes.

On average, 95% of our clients achieve or maintain viral suppression thanks to our program. That means no risk of transmitting the virus to children or partners.
