  • Please register for the event using the RSVP form above by December 6, 2024 to secure your spot. You will receive a follow-up email upon RSVP submission requesting additional information.

  • Your costs to attend Vision Weekend are covered by the generous donations of our partners. You will only need to cover your travel expense to and from the event and any additional activities and/or incidental costs you incur on property.

  • Check-in begins at 4pm ET. The resort will accommodate requests for early check-in on a case-by-case basis. If you arrive before your room is prepared, you are welcome to explore the property and store your bags with the front desk. Check-out takes place before 11am ET.

  • As for attire, we encourage attendees to wear what they are comfortable in. For some, that means a blazer and chinos; for others it means their favorite t-shirt and sneakers. On the whole, our community tends to dress somewhere between casual and business casual.

  • Please plan to arrive for Vision Weekend to begin at 6pm ET on Thursday, March 6 and conclude at 10am ET on Sunday, March 9. You can expect an interactive three days together, including time in engaging breakout sessions, large group sessions, and other group activities. We will provide a more detailed agenda as we get closer to the event.

  • Vision Weekend attendees will enjoy dinner on March 6; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on March 7; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on March 8; breakfast on March 9

  • Once you have submitted the RSVP form, you will receive a follow-up email requesting additional information. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate you.
